INTO THE HEART OF ADITYA

In a nutshell, Aditya is a person who is creative, agile, super energetic, and optimistic; who can fearlessly deal with complex situations and stakeholders and focus on creating exceptional outcomes.
Why? Because of my journey.Since childhood, I loved interacting with everyone. Even when I was doing my bachelor's in Computer Engineering, I had always been the most collaborative person. I have started my career by founding my own startup which was an e-commerce company. We ran it for 1.5years before we had to shut it down. And then I started my journey in project management.
For the last 8 years being a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner I have worked in domains like IT Infrastructure (AWS and Azure), Software & Mobile Application development, Banking & Finance, E-commerce, Business Process Management, and more. I love doing this role because it’s incredibly dynamic and challenges my creativity every day. I love working with people and communicating with them; I speak the B1 level of the German language. 
Generally, I manage projects using Scrum. I manage the team, stakeholders, and their expectations. Also, I run initiatives in my company such as process improvement, auditing, and setting & monitoring progress on OKRs
